Simple sex

Sex is dirty, it is sinful, it is bad. With the result of generating unnecessary suffering and guilt, complicating our lives a lot. Then came the Internet, an inexhaustible and out-of-control source of pornography. And what we were struggling to close outside the door came back in through the browser window. The time has come to regain awareness, to bring sex back to what it really is, which is a part of our lives, neither right nor wrong. Something that belongs to us, to talk about without shame, with clarity and with the goal of living it peacefully. So let’s start again with the history of sex over the millennia; let’s review the anatomy; let’s learn to observe ourselves without fear and to deal with any problems and pathologies by asking for help from professionals; let’s rediscover step by step the coordinates of pleasure, which is ours, personal, unique, and very simple.
